Policies & Procedures


CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETIONParticipants will receive a Certificate of Completion after finishing the course and passing the posttest with a score of 80% or higher. You will have up to three attempts to pass the posttest. The certificate is issued immediately once you have completed both the posttest and the course evaluation, which are located in the final sections of the course. After completing both requirements, your certificate will automatically appear on the screen. Please print or save a copy for your records.
