Course Description:

This 6 CE course for clinical supervisors (LCSWs, LMFTs, LPCCs, LEPs, etc) of unlicensed clinicians (ASWs, AMFTs, etc) is designed for beginning to advanced supervisors seeking to strengthen supervision competencies. It provides a comprehensive review of the Integrated Developmental Model (IDM) combined with the Competency-Based Clinical Supervision (CBCS) Model, which helps meet a core supervisory competency. Participants will learn to assess supervisees across eight clinical domains and tailor supervision to each supervisee’s developmental level. The training includes role plays of supervision sessions to bring concepts into real-world practice.

You will have up to three attempts to pass the posttest.
